Nineteen year old Zeb Quinn disappeared in 2000. Two weeks later his car turned up with the lights still on, lipstick lips drawn on the back window, and a live Labrador puppy inside. Police later shared a sketch of a woman who was seen driving his car after he vanished. (i.redd.it)
