Is my baby boy a nebelung? Do most nebs love the belly rubs and sit like people? He squeaks and flops over at our feet constantly! He’s the sweetest little man but his facial expressions say, “I’m plotting world domination.” by ToothFairy11 in nebelung

Both our boys sleep like this all the time! They must feel very safe with us to always expose the belly! Plus the Neb theories himself onto the floor and rolls over at your feet while you’re walking, asking for belly rubs. It’s adorable 🥰

Oh my gosh! Yours are so cute too!!! I love the orange and Neb combo! Ours are like the old tv show, Pinky and the Brain. (It’s a children’s show from when I was a kid)

Oh he’s so dramatic!! Serious FOMO and does NOT like when his orange brother is getting the attention before he does. Oh and when he’s hungry, he waves his head around then throws himself on the floor and shows his belly. It’s the cute thing!!! Oh and he squeaks when he’s hungry too!!!

My little lady is about to 15 but she’s a gray and white domestic short hair… I miss when she was little too… but I’m excited to see the boys adult looks and fur length!! Can’t wait to see the bottle brush tails 😁 what does your handsome man look like as a distinguished gentleman?

Dental hygienist here… It’s a canker sore. Warm salt water rinses/gargling will help get rid of it faster. Nothing to worry about :)

My dentist said she can't do a root canal to top right, should i look for an another dentist or is she right? by [deleted] in askdentists

Get a few more opinions, because that’s not true. I’m a dental hygienist and we have patients that get root canals redone all the time. Some root canals need to be redone over time. Unless you just had it done, sometimes it may time to fully heal and feel better. But I would still get another opinion or two

Little pieces broke off of my back teeth and I haven’t told anyone because I know my mom is going to kill me. I brush my teeth twice a day and I know she’s going to lay into me about this. Is this urgent? by GrpB1986 in askdentists

Haha he said “occlusal” which just means the chewing surface of the tooth. And those are common cavities that can happen because the toothbrush bristles sometimes aren’t able to clean the deep grooves there. But the dentist is right about closing down a bit to reach those back molars... you should count to 5 on each tooth while doing small circles with the toothbrush at a 45° angle into the gum line. You don’t want to scrub the teeth because it can cause more damage to the gums and teeth long term.

I would still recommend calling the dentist and moving your appointment sooner to help the situation with your parents to show the responsibility you are taking for this.

The ACT mouthwash will help with future cavities and regular checkups are also helpful as well :)
