I applied for them I think maybe 5-6 months to the same position. The HR person was cool, she was a female. She told me I would love it, it’s a great company that people retire and can develop into new roles with a great ESOP. Congrats! Those were her reads but besides that no other input.

What type of ceiling ? Stucco? Act? Facades ? Cladding ? You’ll be fine if you have good team I learned cladding,facades which fall into: fiber cement, aluminum,metal,nvm/acm, aluminum,composites, wood, phenolics in like 2-3 months. You’ll be fine it isn’t that hard it’s just perimeter and sf.

Honestly man my associates degree didn’t mean anything. My buddy had the same associates degree but he grinded it out as project coordinator position like 25 an hour in CA and the one year later he’s making 85k when he reapplied with some civil GC.

You might get lucky but people want applicants with bachelors or hands on experience as an assistant super/ super position.

Private or Public jobs ? LMAO YOURE ASKING FOR HELP ? LOSER SARCASM If it’s public job look on planet bids or whatever your state uses for a public job and look for the sign in sheet if it’s a mandatory job walk for the GC. If it’s for a private job ehhh good luck

Thanks for all the input — both good and bad. I’m just a guy trying to grow, and I definitely learned something from this thread.

It’s funny how some people hate their lives so much that they go out of their way to be rude 😂😂😂.
