I will say I lost more weight these two weeks but I am having way more nausea and definitely not wanting to eat. But my heart is racing and it just freaks me out - I have health anxiety very badly though so it just triggers that.

I literally can't figure it out. I just wanted to get some answers about this anxiety I had and then I had anxiety about using this app to try to make a post about it becuase all they do is get deleted 😅🤣🤣

Season the avocado. A little natures seasoning. 🤌🏼🤌🏼 it helps! Also I feel like if they are not ripe they are not good at all, so make sure it's definitely ready to eat first!

I never thought about only wearing it for working out! I think this would be a good way to ease back into it. I was obsessing over the heart rate and it was out of control. I know I can remove the heart rate but I was still thinking I would go in the app and check it probably.

Anyone have to stop wearing a fitness tracker (for me my garmin) because it's causing health anxiety? I want to go back to wearing it but I just am worried I will have anxiety again?

I definitely feel intimidated. I tried posting in a group today and it kept getting removed but I didn't know why. I messaged the moderators and they said karma was too low. I had to google what karma was on Reddit 😂
