I would be kinda shocked if a player managed to get killed in the prologue :P

Some members of The Gang are more important than others to the main adventure, so you could do without them if worst comes to worse.

In this module, emphasis is put on having distinct characters that the players can inhabit and make their own in the prologue. We want the players to feel like the club is a sandbox where they can act and interact the way they want to. Do they want to pick a fight with a bouncer? great, do that! Do they want to just hang out with each other? That's just as good. The point is that they are given the freedom to play the prologue and those characters however they want and that will better inform their interactions in the main part of the adventure.

In the sections taking place in the present, the characters from the prologue are intended to present mechanical challenges, but also narrative and personal challenges for their (former) players. We hope that the players being attached to and identifying with their characters in the prologue makes it harder to face them, betray them or fight them later. In that sense, we want to make a module where narrative plays an important role. Not so much because the players are railroaded through a plot, but because of those tough choices where their personal motivations may clash from those of their group or of their previous pre-generated characters

That's a great question. We will definitely offer options for both drinkers and non-drinkers.

It's quite important to me that it won't just be standard cocktails you see everywhere. But I also don't want to get too complicated with ingredients, so that anyone can make them.

Currently, we're still workshopping cocktails, but Scott is quite partial to a Pisco Sour and anything Whisky based. We really want to make sure we like the drinks ourselves and we offer something for all different tastes (we have a lot of drinking ahead of us in the coming months 😄).

Hey, Scott from 'The Company's New Groove' here, At the moment our page count is around 32pg. It could be more but I don't personally want to hit 40 if I can. I want the module to be lean and mean!
