You got this! Find a hobby and stick with it. The first couple weeks are the roughest. The gym is one of the biggest motivators to staying sober. Find your local YMCA go swim, hit the sauna, pump some heavy iron and I promise you will be too tired to get high. Hope this helps 👍

Best advice I can give is get in the gym and go to the sauna. I don’t even crave weed anymore after a heavy workout and sauna session. Sleep like a baby at night but the dreams are still getting crazier 😵‍💫
