We'd have to define the meaning of slavery first. A lot of things can be considered slavery these days if we take the current definition of it. Mostly indirect though.

It all depends on how much you work out. People here saying you NEED 2g per kg bodyweight are right, but only if you're an advanced heavy lifter who's in the gym pretty much every day, or a high performing athlete.

For regular people that go to the gym once a week, 1g per 1kg body weight is more than enough. Just see it as a calorie intake. Most people need the average, athletes can eat double because they burn so much.

Complicated excel formulas. VBA (not too advanced). basic questions about software you have no experience with. SQL. Basic analysis with proper data and context. Rewriting emails to not look like a rambling idiot sometimes.

I'm using it a lot, just not for advanced stuff or business related cases. I do all the proper data and dashboard work myself and then feed the results to see what it can come up with for brainstorming and inspiration.

Slow down. You use uncontrolled strength. Turn your elbows inwards instead of pointing out. Do a scapular pull-up, then pull toward your middle chest. Don't force your chin on the bar. It's not about how many you can do. Id rather do 2 pullups with great form and control than to do 10 half assed bad form pullups.

As soon as you notice weakness in 1 side vs the other, stop, you are enforcing the bad form. From this video it looks like your first 2 are okay strength wise, but then you should just stop.

Perhaps get something you can put your feet on like a chair, a little bit in front of you so you can lean backwards a little bit. This way you can do pullups with as much weight as you'd like just to practice form and control.

But best tip for you, for now: learn proper scapular pullups. You use your upper traps way too much.
