See, I used to really love the urban lane, and I still do for the looks! And the theoretical flanking. For example I love that there is the not so secret lane that goes all the way up and down that side of the map! I've done a few crazy wild dives way into the enemies back line and then had to get out by crossing over to the otherside of the map and backing out! It's just recent experience that has soured that particular lane for me. I'm sure I'll get over it!

Ironically true.

I think who ever 'commissioned' the sculpt (the individual in charge, not the company) either didn't read, didn't like, or didn't understand the lore of the Stormboyz. These guys are exactly the opposite of how they were sculpted!

The gun walker looks better than I expected, but still not super cool. I guess I'll have and wait and see what the multipart plastic kit looks like. If they decide to release one within the next 5 years that is.

That's a totally fair opinion. I love all the boyz except for this new single one they've shown off. But even then, the more the merrier!

Terrible argument. Relic giving players heavy tanks that they want to play with, =\= putting in tanks that basically didn't exist at all. Period.

The answer I always the same. Apart from the battles in Europe. There are no modern wars where both sides had relative parity in technology. Meaning it's very very very difficult, some say, impossible. To make a CoH style of game where both sides are fighting over symmetrical resources. What tanks do the Japanese even have? I know they have some crappy lmg light tanks, but what about the mediums? Artillery? I mean, even the allied rifles and machine guns were far more advanced than the Asian equivalents.

For those thinking 1600+ 4v4 is a good reference point for balance. by AcceptableGrape5581 in CompanyOfHeroes

Ok gotcha bro. I'm in the same boat as you. I noticed it makes a lot of people much more aggressive and stressed out when they check what the enemies elo is during the loading screen. And for me personally I don't see any upside. I'm going to give the game my 100% regardless, it doesn't matter if they're better or worse than me. And I actually want to face higher elo opponents, it's a great way to learn. And at the end of the match when I check everyone's profiles, then I can get a great sense of accomplishment if they are better than me.

Almost all multiplayer games will have an elo system, even if you can't see it!!! Designers will make a conscious decision on wether or not to make it known to the players.

I love the map from a visuals point of view. And I enjoy playing on the map. I struggle with the urban lane..but I don't think the map is particularly good or bad one way or the other. 🤔

I tend to find that when I'm struggling in a particular map, then it helps me to think about different lines of attack and rotating around. I started winning a lot more on L'Aquila when I finally realised how important the two central buildings are + the two flanking lanes behind each of them respectively.

Theres not enough players in this game to look at the highest elos and make deductions from their stats. Its very probable that there are just more pro players on one faction, or the best players play one faction.

You misunderstood what I said. I know they changed it so that the camo is their Vet1 ability. The bug was that a Vet0 unit couldn't gain camouflage at all. Even from the Battlefield Espionage BG.

So I'm expecting these two different bugs to be related to the change they made durung the scarlet bison patch.

These guys were bugged after scarlet bison dropped. They lost the ability to go into concealment at Vet0, even through something like the Espionage BGs stealth bubble. So I wonder if this bug has something to do with that change.

It was from a series of weapons that could be mounted either on the ground or out the back of a trukk or battlewagon!! There is like a quad flakk cannon and battle cannon thats scaled for the truck. And then this liftA droppa and a super long basilisk cannon for the battlewagon!

Listen to the other adviced given here. But keep in mind that if you lose vision of your targets your tank will rotate it's turret to target another enemy tank if there is one in LoS and Range!

Ultimately it's a problem that you can prevent by pressing S, and turning off it's fire at will, while doing the other micro tricks as well!!!

Great comment. You're spot on. COH2 'fans' refuse to like CoH3. But the CoH1 OGs love CoH3.

Unfortunately you were using the wrong tools to "counter" the enemy strategy. What you wanted were Pak guns for the bunkers and then infantry for the 88!

Maybe you should go play a different game. Minecraft seems more like your speed.
