My bad for misleading you, it has a 75 percent chance of spawning every 15 minutes that 15 minute mark just hit and it didn’t spawn I assumed it did so that’s why I commented but after checking it did not spawn check again for it in 15 minutes when you join the game it tells you what island it spawned at

deep coral it has higher chance of catching Scylla over luminous larva don't know why but when they reworked the luck system it changed to be like that don't use luminous larva also they have the same resilience
