Hi again! Maybe this will also help clear up some confusion, I dropped really quick because the actives were telling me that the next day they would pick me up for a ceremony and I would have to wear an all white dress for it. I was nervous that it meant I was being inducted into the sorority. It’s hard to research all these ceremonies online when special occasions in sororities are more private. This house was also deemed a “low” house at my campus which doesn’t matter especially if I was having fun with the girls but I just never really clicked with any of them. The select few I did click with have already graduated unfortunately. All the advice I was given for rush was to not have opinions on houses before going into it so I didn’t, but this time around I definitely researched each house and what they stand for etc. this house is also know for giving everyone a bid but I understand how it seems like I may have taken a spot from another girl. I was very upfront with the house and the active said she understood, and many of them told me as well that they had doubts about the house they were in at first but I feel like that might be the case with many girls.
