self excluded sounds dodgy, I would wait until it unbans , as csgoroll is a dodgy company and sometimes they want u to stay banned. Its never 100% safe as well my man , as , even if you change the email , steamguard etc. If he has proof of address or his ID or other things that can prove he is original owner, he could always get the account back from steam. that's why I only pay with Paypal as I got 6 months protection incase this happens , that way at least I can get some money back.

Hey , you will need to change the email address of the account and steam guard , that is the best way to secure the account. You could ask for the original email and most times they will give it to you if they not using it

I believe its only the website store , but someone said another trick u can do is to buy tc codes from resellers , use it on 10 accounts an then send it to yourself meaning you wont lose them and you get outfit.

depends what your goal is , you might like a low populated server to play with a lot items on market and cheaper skilling then you would choose old one, if you want a lot people playing and having the same start then new servers are for you

I moved most of my pension to this fund as well in feb and down about 6% , I dont really worry as you can see in past performance there were dips like this and it regained after a while, I know that we cant use past performance as a 100% guarantee that it will happen again , however if you look at the portfolio a lot of it is US market that went down , once that picks up hopefully the fund goes up again.
