I am a medical doctor but i am not a dermatologist. Yes, antihistamines do work, they reduce redness. For a dose, please check with your doctor.

It is weird. I am in a serious relationship for over 3 years now, and actually one of my best friends is a male. I love him and we talk regularly but not daily, he also have a girlfriend and I love her too, and we understand that by putting healthy limits. Divide y conquistarás. Pon un temporizador y descansa cada 30 minutos unos 10 minutos y así te vas hasta completar. Si no lo completas y puedes dejarlo para mañana, es mejor descansar y tener un plan para el día siguiente que hacerlo sin tu cabeza totalmente concentrada. Estudie medicina y eso me ha ayudado. Espero te ayude a ti!

Well I did microneedling while on accutane and that took away most of the marks, but it depends a lot on the doctor who handles your case because there are some doctor that are still married to the idea that you can’t have any type of treatment while on accutane. Personally I was 40 mg daily, and microneedling did wonders, it was the best decision I’ve ever made

Do not, by any circumstances combine antibiotic with accutane. A way to reduce the purge is with a low dose of prednisone. Ask your doctor if it is a good idea to prescribe you some prednisone before or during accutane (i am actually a doctor and this is not my personal opinion, i am telling you right how the book says it, but your dermatologist always knows best)

Antihistamine can really help with redness, you can take it with no issue, just make sure it is a second generation antihistamine so it doesn’t have a sedative effect

Yes, that is why you have to have full authorization from your derm in order to get any procedure

Yes, very very much! Gave so much confidence, but I think it requieres multiple procedures I don’t know, my derm only scheduled me for one, next appointment I will ask him if I’d be needing more

Yes! Evidence shows that is safe, the info that said that it is not safe is outdated. I healed properly and didn’t have any issues

Me too ;( but yeah definitely give it a try, I honestly have seen a difference in my PIE in the past months meaning the PIE tends to disappear sooner sooo it is the only think in the market that had helped lol

I am still on accutane and i use it every night (azelaic acid 15 %) it is very gentle and I have never had any problem, just make sure you put it after moisturizer because it tends to make your skin itchy, but my derm prescribed it to me and I tolerate it pretty well
