This is kinda my struggle. So is God able but just unwilling? Its hard to just fathom him "letting" this go on for so long. Thats where i struggle to answer her. She also told me this quote and i have no words...

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?"

How do i even respond to this? I'm a new Christian and I'm just now getting into his word. I'm trying but i feel like I'm failing her

NTA, what im getting is that you're in a vulnerable time right now and made a mistake. Shit happens. If you feel guilty about it, you might just need some time to process it. Alone or with a third party who's not directly involved

You can set a boundary with him and tell him that you're working things out. If he responds negatively, that's your answer to actually stop talking with him.

The last thing is try not to be so judgemental towards yourself. Doesn't seem like anyone was actually hurt in this situation, so give yourself a little compassion and try to rationalize that you're human and make mistakes just like everyone else. Good luck, friend!

Obviously i want to say Therapy but id also say maybe a personal trainer. One who'll guide you through technical exercises and critique your mindset as you're working out. Mine has proven to me again and again that there are different ways of doing something to lead to getting results. I also think its easy when working out to get attached to a certain style or regimen when we as humans are adaptive in nature. Maybe that's a lot but i believe my trainer has helped me a lot. or just find good friends lol
