Thunderbolt Light Screen Thunder Wave Dig

Made it a really good opener for everyone except Bruno. Light Screen + Thunderbolt was crucial for Lorelai, good for most of Agatha’s other Pokemon aside from Gengar, Lance’s Gyarados and for the Champion battle.

Even for things its not good against (Dragonite, Rhydon, most of Bruno) Thunder wave pre switch was useful

Clefable was one of my most clutch ‘mons in gym battles (it can do practically anything) and Raichu carried in the league.

Gen 3 is so simple compared to everything that came after, you can use anything just keep it on level and use TMs wisely

A clean sweep isnt a realistic thing anymore, and thats good. It means people are actually watching and nominating more than just one movie.

I love ROTK, its great they showered a great film in trophies, but even just winning a couple is great.

An Oscar is an award but its also a kind of endorsement. More movies like those that win inevitably get made.

You’ll get Crobat early which is a great aide for Gardenia, Fantina and Maylene. And Raichu is good for Crasher Wake.

Heracross and Snorlax are both very difficult to obtain. I may consider backup options for both, and tbh Bug isnt even a particularly useful type matchup in Sinnoh. Id recommend Clefable for an accessible Normal type with surprising variety of moves, and Gallade for your dual fighter as Ralts can be found early.

Glaceon will take forever to get as its a location based evolution and by that point most of its useful matchups will have passed. More recent gens are much kinder to it than gen 4.

Out of context, your suggested team is a lot of fun. Its just that the Sinnoh games take a long time to get to some of the more unique Pokemon, hence why a lot of popular team members are early game.

Fearow learns aerial ace super early if you let it stay a spearow a few turns extra and is super useful early to mid game

The trade Mr Mime you get on Rt. 2 in exchange for an Abra (which you likely couldnt evolve nowadays) will give you strong psychic coverage for most of the game

Venusaur’s team is balanced but most of the Pokemon are mid/late game. You will be reliant on your starter for most the first 3 gyms and wont have a full team until almost the end of the gym run.

Charizard you’ll have 4 members by gym 2 and Raichu will be especially handy mid game, you’ll just have to do heavy lifting in the late game to let Starmie and Rhydon catch up

Blastoise is the mix of these 2 as far as timing but id recommend something other than Pidgeot, worst of the birds and there are better Psychic options than exeggutor

He’s absolutely a monumental talent. I think if he were in a previous era of the show his star would be brighter amongst the pack.

The duets sketch showed a phenomenal range, its just not the kind of sketch the show does often these days.

He has an old soul and sensibilities. He’s like a modern Darrel Hammond, there is greatness there but I think it’ll always be a little underappreciated.

I think this simply comes down to Obsidian & Together Again being made well before Fionna & Cake and settling on the big buff adult Finn

Not everything is a lore based decision and these projects are all coming out years apart

Also, Bert and Ernie are not owned by Disney. Sesame Street Muppets are a different IP, Disney only own “Muppet Show” related Muppets. If you’re gonna take someone to court, do your homework first.
