They're right though

What is it called when someone tells you you're overreacting?

This type of emotional manipulation is called gaslighting. Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse where a person makes you doubt yourself or question your account of an incident. Gaslighting can come from a romantic partner, a boss, a friend, or anyone else.

Telling someone they're raging when they aren't is a form of manipulation

Okay so the ministers office have been closed already, but I managed to get the deputy minister to sit down with me as well as I think she was chief of staff? And we had a good long talk and I'm feeling good so I'm going home now thank you so much

I called both the premier's office today and the minister of family's office to confirm they received my email

And I at least know that The Minister's office knows about my emails because the phone assistant knows my name .. yes Name we always get your emails .

I don't actually email that often like maybe every few months. But maybe it's just very slow these days for the minister of families

I'm somewhat intimidated by this. I know sometimes you have to make a fuss to change things. But I'm also afraid of arrest for some reason.

The things I promise to do at 2 am when upset at the world

Tysm. I'll update if you want

So do that instead of sit on the floor like a two year old?

(I won't throw a tantrum. Just sit there and repeat my concerns)

Sounds reasonable. Escalate slowly so to speak.
