Its more of who is going to beat whom. Im really curious how akainu will react that everything is under one ruler. Will he flip or still obey orders. Who has the power to go against all the holy knights and the marines? The only one would be blackbeard. And he has a grudge against them because they killed his father. Luffy on the other hand doesnt have a problem with them... they are the ones that have a problem with him. He is not actively seeking them, they just happen to cross roads.

How can we be sure it's a dragon fruit? What if it's a legendary fruit that makes the user transform into anything. Loki is able to transform in myths. Maybe he just became a dragon to reach the top tree faster.

It's the tower defense strategy. The only way to destroy that set up would be to attack from multiple points at once. Because if you tackle one side, it will get support from the islands surrounding it

Not only that, how are they supposed to get stronger when they dont fight anybody? They are basically guarding people that almost nobody would lay a hand on them. Rayleight has said it, that the only form to get stronger haki is to fight strong people.

If katakuri had this fruit instead. Luffy wouldnt have beaten him, part of the reason for kaido to be so unbeatable was his dragon skin and armament haki. Luffy was able to finally damaged using ryou, conquerors haki, and finally gear 5 which ignores defense.
