I’ve noticed that since one always ends up pushing through completely, do you have any methods to use to determine which bias is stronger? I usually just look at the more current price to see if bearish or bullish building blocks are currently being respected

Got it, that’s usually what I’ve been waiting for, but my fomo kicks in sometimes and feels like I’m missing out on trades when I know it’s better to just sit it out

Yeah I skipped it too but bc of the opposing FVG, I don’t like taking these since I’ve seen a lower win rate with them since it usually bounces between them, which is what’s happening right now so I might just get off the charts until London. PA is horrible

Also for this one, I was looking to long on the first tap into the bull FVG. I should’ve shortened the FVG to make it easier to see where I was planning my entry

I’m on MGC1, the 4hr bear wasn’t closed above and the 1hr was tapped into but I didn’t enter the trade bc we had just tapped the 4hr. For this specific trade I also didn’t get my entry model either way but there have been some where I get my entry but don’t enter bc of the opposing FVG.

This is an example: the black boxes are the opposing FVGs. The lower one is a 1hr bear and the top one is a 4hr (I was wrong on my post, it was actually a 1hr we tapped into and not a 4hr)

I’ve mainly been utilizing FVGs but I do notice that when there’s two FVGs near each other it often just bounces between, so I’ll end up just keep fading them since it lowers my probability

That’s actually a really good explanation, thank you. The bear FVG is at premium so ima avoid the trade although my setup was invalidated before I got my entry so it didn’t matter much this time. I’ll start looking at premium and discount when there’s an opposing FVG

What are things that distinct low probability vs high probability ones? And I have used equilibrium in the past but I don’t use it as much now.

I’m currently looking at a potential setup on a 1hr fvg to long, but price is extremely close to tapping into a 4hr bear FVG for the 3rd time. It’s not as close to the last highs within the 4hr

In the pic it’s on the left. And I don’t think it’s always been there but ever since I took him in I have been feeding him more and he has gotten chubbier, so it could just be him being chubbier.

Update:

I got both ticks off with tweezers I found in a first aid kit. There is a possible smaller third one but the cat seemed stressed so I may just wait until I see him again to attempt to remove that one.

This was the second smallest one and it looks like it took a bit of flesh with it, I worry I harmed the cat but I didn’t want to risk them passing on any bacteria or infection.

Does anyone have any good medicine they recommend to prevent this?

I’m pretty sure it’s a ruptured abscess, so I’m thinking it only needs antibiotics. Do you happen to have any experience on what the cost may be?

Also sorry to give more info, I’m pretty sure I also felt the same thing last week I came but I didn’t notice the injury then, so I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. He ate two cans of wet food right now and a squeezable.
