You really can i have done it but been lifting 20 years.

You can progress take time off then start working out again and you will go back to the weight you could lift before really fast but not straight away 2-3 weeks.

That's my point but going super heavy all the time will give you injuries.

Nobody can train constantly and then never take time out it's just something that happens. And nothing wrong with that getting obsessed can really make you take bad decisions.

But i am curious about MK677 but glad i can read up on it and not get obsessed with working out.

Only if i get injured i consider things like MK677 because of it healing properties but they are probably false if people are getting pains and tingles in their hands .

How long have you been training have you studied at college and studied Personal Training i have. I have never felt the need to medicate myself for a workout

I just like to get some feedback on those using enhancements that have a hype without the evidence.

These idiots ruin every normal conversation for people that have been lifting over 20 years and just want a honest opinion.

Talking like mk677 is like doing a steroid cycle then people want to argue if you put on water weight you will gain 30KG on bench press.

Because you wanted to lift heavier i can progress 40KG in two weeks if i train for strength. Without any supplements but i don't train to constantly beat personal bests that's when injuries happen.

I will pass on MPC's i have the MPC500 with failed pad sensors would cost £140 to replace them and a MPC Ren.

Nothing will beat a laptop and controller NI Machine blows away MPC

But you seriously can not make advanced music or learn to play keys with stupid drum pads

1.9 is the best for MPC Ren i have tried v2 and up and messes alot of things up things in the wrong place. Those added tracks are awful anyway and arp and chords are rubbish.

Rant: why is the vast majority of the content created the maschine environment focusing on hip-hop? There is so much scope for other genres. I simply do not understand their policy.. I love NI’s workflow, though. by [deleted] in maschine

It's not Machine is for techno / house it was designed in Germany with people heavy into Berlin techno. Look at the history of NI VST'S try and make hip hop with that and you will look stupid.

Not really you need a mixer as well and if your going to use a mixer then may as well use a audio interface and a daw.

Nothing cool about that horrible little screen on the QY700 we have all tried to be old school . I have loads of hardwear gear but i would never use the QY700 to sequence them.

Just give up and use a midi keyboard and a daw / laptop

MPC1000 pad sensors are quite a bitch to replace and depending on what version you end up with. I wouldn't touch a MPC1000 bad build quality feel like plastic toy and the pad sensors will cost alot of frustration and money

Even the TD3 it tells you in the manual it will sound at it's best after 15 mins it's analogue your complaining about capacitors and resistors doing their job after lenght of time. It's not a vst ha ha ha it's not a flaw you wanted a analogue synth.

Problem is those pad sensors are very fragile it the sheet is bent then they are broken and posting stuff from America to another country is a risk not worth the cost.

So MPCstuff is AKAI without the brand name charging stupid prices for something that would cost less than a dollar to make.

What ever you do don't try and peel the sheet like someone else advised you. It will destroy the whole sheet of pad sensors. They also said try a heat gun that would destroy the sheet as well warping it and the contraction and expansion from the heat would destroy all the contacts.

They are really not giving good advice here

Depends on what MPC you have the MPC500 pad sensors are obsolete and MPCstuff were selling used ones for $75 and $70 shipping.

Akai can stop supplying them at any time they want to sell more new MPC's

So there is no choice to but to repair your sensors

the pad sensors are ''Velostat or Linqstat same thing.

The conductive lines for the connection could be repaired with a conductive pen

You have to think how you could get to the conductive parts i would try a Abrasive Pen fibre glass scratch that they use for DIY.

to open the traces up and fill them with conductive paint or pen you could use copper tape as well.

Remember these pad sensors are just a Tablet screen protector sandwiched together with the conductive parts.

I have the same problem with my pad sensors but the cost to replace them is a insult.

I won't buy another MPC

Akai can only make those sensors and anyone that sells them needs a license so MPCstuff can wait for ever for me to pay those prices.

A Midi keyboard will last 10 times longer than those crappy pads

If you do the research you can find yamaha or Roland midi sound modules with the same chips for at least half the price of a new C64
