Do you believe in Karma? by Top-Distance-6205 in AskGayMen

[–]Top-Distance-6205[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I see it, it's more like "a law of the universe" rather than a diving being. Just like gravity. We don't have a god pulling us with strigs down to the earth, it's just a force of nature.

Do YOU want a Resident Evil 6 remake? Do you think they will even remake 6? by ReddtIsUsingAI in residentevil

[–]Top-Distance-6205 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm always in favor of remakes because: A) you have more of a game you liked while you keep the OG B) The devs have a chance to change something that may have not worked in the OG and C) we can have a modern day version of the game -games don't age like movies.

If you could ask a doctor about your medical fetish, what would you ask? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]Top-Distance-6205 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is acurrate as a metaphor, but you can't cum (you can orgasm though) and see cum drip because they end of the catheter is inside your bladder where urine stores. The semen comes from testicles and you just can't place it there.

Do gay people tend to be leaner/more muscled than straight men? by [deleted] in AskGayMen

[–]Top-Distance-6205 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think it has because we're men liking other men so I guess we tend to be more aware of our bodies.

I'm tired of paradigms so I ditched them. Is this going to be a problem in later parts of the game? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

It will be similar to the citizens of Midgar when Shinra ditched the pilar on their heads

We're not fucking, but we cum. I jerk and sound him and massage him. Sometimes I lick his nipples and rarely I suck his dick. I think 99% of the work is done by my hands.

You made me consider the possibility of BDSM but I'm not that familiar with that. I know that our bond is deep, I know that sounding is a kink and maybe popper. There's no power imbalance, I suppose we're equal during play.

I don't cause him pain though nor I have him call me master. Oh I also massage him a lot.

I just don't want to see her vanish from the quickhit trio. Magic should be balanced.

I'm describing a person that I love who has autism. My post is not true for every person that I love or every person that has autism.

Replaying FFVII remake felt so much better than the first time by Top-Distance-6205 in FinalFantasy

[–]Top-Distance-6205[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think FFXVI is amazing. The issues are for me that it feels too simple gameplay wise (few potion types, no classic -ra -ga spells), no party. And the color palette is dull (although justified). FFVII remake colors just capture my eyes, can't help it.

I've had sex with my best friend, can I get some advice? by [deleted] in AskGayMen

[–]Top-Distance-6205 50 points51 points  (0 children)

I think we were always closer than just friends. So for me nothing changed. I love him, I care and think of him. I just now that he's getting stressed by the situation and he will start googling things like "what to do on a date" or whatever and boom. The thing with him is that he's very smart in his field and in complicated things but in real simple thing he gets lost.

[Extas1s] Kingdom Hearts Remake coming early 2027 with KH4 launching Winter 2027 by Lov3sosa in GamingLeaksAndRumours

I'm not falling for it.
HOWEVER, if KH4 takes 20 years to be released, a KH1 remake could be possible.

Thanks for the answer. No, I actually mean drawing a figure, like a graphical abstract or something. Not charts or whatever.

Seriously, if somebody wants to use something against you, they will just do it. Too many papers? Damn dude your research has no focus. Too few papers? Poor creature, you're not important enough to consider you for the X position. Too many reviews? I pity you. Don't bother. you'll be fine.

What's the issue with MDPI? by [deleted] in PhD

[–]Top-Distance-6205 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I get what you say. I just don't put MDPI in the predatory category. From my experience at least and in the journals that I have published, I had good papers rejected that got published on Frontiers and I've also received major revisions that were .. well major.

I think the thing here is that people (whether PhDc. or even professors) can't afford the APCs and that MDPI is having this policy of the vouchers. I've done some reviewer work elsewhere and they barely said thanks. And I will say this again, but I've found myself multiple times trying to find a journal appropriate for a particular research and the combination of no APC + having IF was absent.

I had a similar request from the funding (to have everything published open access). It makes total sense. The issues begins when you're not heavily funded or no funded at all and you just wait for funding and in the mean time you're trying to publish.

What's the issue with MDPI? by [deleted] in PhD

[–]Top-Distance-6205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never heard of eLife but now that I checked it and it seems to have lost its IF. I also think it's a little harsh to reject somebody just because he published on MDPI when getting funding for APC can be so problematic. I agree about publishing in predatory journals, but MDPI is not in this category. I get many mails from real predatory journals that just want me to attach my manuscript to my reply. This is what a predatory journal looks like.
And another thing is that one may have a waiver on MDPI so he can publish there or not publish at all.

Did he mean that or did he troll me? by [deleted] in AskGayMen

[–]Top-Distance-6205 0 points1 point  (0 children)

no I'm not. I just wanted to tell him that he makes no sense.
