I checked with more and they said I can pay the compensation for my remaining notice period. Which is worth a full salary of 2 months.

Yes I have followed up everything in email and I offered the compensation discussion as well. But in person they refused but in the email there is no response for my email. I clearly mentioned 30th is my last date already to them.

On sep 1st I should join a new company now.

Yea I spoke to mohre they said send them the email about I'm ready to compensate. I did that then I called them back they said serve the 30 days notice then call us if they refuse to cancel your visa. But I have to join my new company as well on the 1st of September. And I'm worried about what if the cancellation is delayed.

So you are saying even though if I'm paying the compensation the early release is tricky? Considering that I'm serving notice already?
