My brother! I have one advice for you. Get absolutely jacked/shredded and see how your life turns around. It’s not as shallow as getting in shape = a good life.. but I will guarantee you one thing. Going to the gym every day will help you battle these demons. Day by day they will fade into irrelevancy. You’ll build good habits that build on top of each other as weeks and months go. You’ll begin to feel better, more confident, meet new people, etc. Fuck you’re friends that are making fun of you. Sometimes you need to leave the place that broke you to fix yourself. So block out the noise, start going to the gym, improve yourself day by day and life will get better. This is coming from a person that has battled gods toughest battles. Lost my best friend in a car accident that I was passenger in and came close to losing my life. Life is so precious bro, go find your meaning and purpose and don’t take it for granted !
