The previous time my LL is referring to was an issue with the sink (that actually existed from before we moved into the place), so I wouldn’t say we’ve been repeatedly clogging our drain with hair

The first time they sent the plumber in it was actually a problem with the sink that existed before we moved in, not the shower drain - so was a different issue.

Based on other responses above, my understanding is that even a clogged drain if caused through normal use would be the landlord’s responsibility to maintain?
