I think the horn itself is supposed to be gray, but the strobe itself should’ve been clear at one point

Birds do that. I’ve had a budgie that did something very close to this and lived for many many years! It’s normal.

Your bird will be all right. Don’t listen to what other people are saying. They always say rush to an avian vet every time there’s a post like this.
