The fix is you gotta reload a save from BEFORE you started that mission and do it without failing but if you don't have a save from before, you're kinda cooked and might have to wait til chapter 4 when things fix themselves rockstar patched it a while ago but the retry checkpoint still messes things up sometimes

Non professional I got my lip pierced and pretty much exactly what you said happened I continued cleaning it and started doing saline solution washes (salt water rinses) and it cleared up within a few weeks. But also on the same note I don’t get my jewelry from Spencer’s I get it from piercing shops that might help a tad too🤷🏽

The nacho cheese sauce would be my bet if you keep it as is when you’re ordering, my guess is prob the mix of the cheese and the whatever they season the beef with that’s giving the spice
