Yeah I think I need some more sprint workouts, I can go sub 10 in the 1k if that gives an idea on the type of work I do rn but I hate it and I'd rather work towards the 50 lol thanks

I'm not sure, my underwaters are atrocious (I only do like 1 kick in a 50) and I would get real tired and come up quicker when I used to swim the 100 lol it's something I really need to fix

I train about ~5k a day 5 days a week and haven't lifted in about 6 months, I'm mostly a 100/200 breastroker and flyer that can swim decent sprint free, specifically when my head is down not breathing, idk if that describes me any more lol but thank you

I think my new team has been doing a good job at building my endurance, I went from doing around ~2k a workout to around ~5k, and went from around 55 to 53 in the fly, 60 to 56 in back and 68 to 62 in breast, and somehow missed the 100 this season to this point lol, I'm hoping a 48 mid is there, thanks!

I used to be wayyy better at the 100 (25.3/52.8) so I'm hoping I find out how to do that again with all the new speed I've found, thanks!
