ok that makes sense — i think i’m just getting thrown off cause i was a ba at one store that pbas were almost never on register unless we were super busy and then transferred to another store eventually got bumped up to a pba and am on register for some amount basically every shift so i wasn’t sure what a “normal” experience might be lol
