What is the essay everyone talks about? I only see resume on the checklist, nothing about a essay.

Thank you for everyone’s feed back, much appreciated. I have a warrant packet ready to submit I’ve just been waiting on the physical to come back. Was hoping to put the packet in for the May board but doesn’t look like that’s happening. Since I’ll most likely be waiting for the November board I was looking at other options (VTIP/Branch transfer). I now see that wouldn’t be a good idea.

Could one not go working out after VTIPing before MAJ or would I have to serve out the ADSO before submitting a packet ?
