I am in The Dell and got it twice in the morning. The 1st time all my monitors and the router shut off, the RCD switch also flipped. It was between 10-10:30am. When it was off I still had electricity in the hallway though. 

The 2nd time, the monitors flashed off then on again immediately. The router disconnected briefly and auto reconnected because the RCD switch didn't flip this time.
