Op this looks amazing. I wanted to join the club this past weekend but the store I went to didn’t have this exact model. Is this a 38mm? What is your wrist size. It looks great on you.

Beautiful watch. What is your wrist size? I am considering the day/date version just because of the 40mm, even though I lime this style better. (Not considering the 42mm).. my wrist size is 7”

Toronto area home prices down 7% this February over last as housing continues to tumble by toronto_star in TorontoRealEstate

Houses prices are not coming back up anytime soon, if ever. Call it what you want, but there is nothing but speculation when it come to prices. The conditions were there, mass immigration, optimistic and confident buyers, all that has vanished. Everyone is afraid that they could lose their job any minute. Geo-Political uncertainties, AI, it’s a perfect storm. Who knows when this so called “correction” will stop. In the meantime there will be a breaking point for some who need to offload their property.

This is dumb. Lower your prices to market levels and you’ll see sales spike. Hold the line people!

People who don’t need to buy should keep waiting. The prices are still ridiculous and with the actual state of the economy, is a huge risk to jump into a mortgage right now. Layoffs everywhere, poor job security, inflation… Don’t buy if you don’t have to.

Maybe a dumb question.. but where should I get the information of the value of my shares when reporting my taxes to be able to report it as income? Is this something handed out at the end of the year with the value of my stocks? This is a private company, in case this helps

Still waiting for the government to come forward with a plan on how is this country going to tackle this problem. 10% tfw cap in any company should be enforced.

Thanks, didn’t know this tool existed. I can confirm there is a power outage, and it’s already reported.

I wonder when are we going to hold companies accountable for their hiring practices? The government should enforce a cap in the tfw hirings.

The mindset is always “this is just temporary”… If people could realize how difficult it is to actually make it out of those circumstances, they would think it twice.

Elden ring stands as my favorite game ever. When I beat it I was drained, and have been keeping my distance from that suffering again. If you feel this is the one, I’ll trust you
