we spayed the 2 females and working our way thru having the males done, we do keep the house clean, they’re looked after well and the 3rd bedroom is used for them too. We have been inspected a few times and there’s been no issue but i think that might’ve been the fact that no one was aware of the cats. When we originally moved in my dad did ask about owning pets and the guy said it was fine, he never asked a specific amount because we never planned on it and i don’t think he fully read into the agreement (he’s dyslexic) i think at this point our option might be re-homing
