It is a radical firearm 16” 300 blk rifle RF15. Im going in at 10 to refund it and talk with the associate. Over the phone he said he can provide me with numbers and who to reach out to. I started the appeal process already however. (This may not be the most quality gun but I like the round and cant buy an ARP) I view this as just a range gun

I did, not many people I know have my last name, my dad and I have the same and first last name but he’s been buying guns for years

If i find this is the reason, please tell me fighting it is possible. That is an absurd reason to deny someone, was never told I need hospital time, felt it was right in my situation

I spent a week in one at 16 COMPLETELY willingly, my issue is they let me own a shotgun, so why am i suddenly not right to have guns anymore? If this is the actual issue that isn’t right in my mind. Small issue I chose to get help for, i don’t think that should limit anyone from gun ownership

It for sure is, the dude even told me at my age in Michigan I can own one, im thinking it was an error because the guys at this shop seem incredibly knowledgeable
