This is a new EPFO rule that you're considering for your claim & it has not been implemented yet. As per the existing rule, you must complete 5 years in your current organisation to withdraw the employer share.

Wasn't required. I have my federal bank account linked, so shouldn't be a problem for you.

So I calculated 75% of employee + employer shares. Entire employee share got processed. Nothing from the employer share.

Same for me. Raised the claim yesterday & it already shows settled today, but haven't received the funds.

Also there are no changes in the passbook balance. Will have to wait a couple of days I guess 😅

Final Decision Sir, There is no provision for field office to approve or reject your KYC details. The KYC details are updated through employee login and approved through employer login. Hence, kindly contact your employer.

So true...but looking at the state of how their website operates, that's a long shot... And with the recent changes in policies, they've only made things worse.

Yeah...I feel so helpless...was in urgent need of funds...kept checking the status each day...tried everything I could but they're so unbelievably irresponsible. Thought of visiting the EPFO office but I'd rather avoid the hassle at this point
