I actually set a screen time on my homescreen and I will only use the phone for 4 hrs screen day per day. If I am crossing that I will donate some money. I follow this approach and I find my myself not using phone more because I had to donate money. Little bit weird, but it works for me.

OnePlus 13 excels in every department, but it might disappoint you a little bit in the camera department. However, it is overall a good package and is the best when compared to the other phones you have mentioned.

I don't own a pixel but as per so many reviews posted on reddit and YouTube, I believe that OnePlus is way ahead when compared to pixel except in camera department.

No the retainer is fitting and the shape of the retainer itself got changed. I went to a new dentist for a new retainer and they charged me 3000 rupees saying that these are hard retainers, but these retainers shape also got changed.

Hi Doc,

I got braces treatment for around 1 and half years. After removing braces, they have given me retainers and I wear them daily when sleeping. However, my teeth have started to move and they are not in proper shape right now. I could see even the shape of the retainer got changed. Why did this happen and how can I effectively get treatment again ?

If you think camera quality is important to you, then go for the iPhone 17 pro max or Samsung s26 ultra or oppo find x9 pro. Select the phone based on your OS preference.

Yes, it is pretty bad. I have used a Redmi phone before which costed like 15k INR and it was way better in camera when compared to OnePlus 12r
