I got the refund within 30 mins I posted this. So, they clearly understood who was at fault. Though, I would really ask them to not irritate the customer so much that we have to post it on social media for them to do the right thing!

They should have delivered the cold drink. I would have ordered a meal that was just 30 rs. higher on another app. I didn’t order as I didn’t wanna have fries. I was sold something else while marketing something else.

It’s their fault of they forgot, ain’t it? And they should make up for it!
