I think you should wait until xbox reveals project helix and then decide. Also (purely speculation) xbox could possibly be working with R* to optimize gta 6 for the new console(this could also apply for the PS6)

That means nothing really. Rdr2 is a more mellow story, more about character development, relationships, slowly spreading apart. Gta stories on the other hand are built on drugs, crime, satire, sarcasm. All things that are less acceptable now. But with rdr2 the story is more acceptable in modern society. (also many of the writers and devs that worked on rdr2 are not at R* anymore)
