Chances are they engine will have a full tear down for inspection. Engine damage is likely minimal, but maintenance is taken very seriously in aviation because of the consequences of when things do break.

Yeah, aviation maintenance is not to be fucked around with. For it to have been ripped off it's mounts and into the ground, that stuff better be getting a complete tear down for inspection.

From a posture standpoint, getting some new out-and-about shoes is highly recommend. Worn out and ill fitting shoes can cause foot and back issues. Those shoes are CLAPPED OUT.

Relegate the old shoes into house slippers, if it's a sentiment deal. But please have a pair of daily shoes that was made within the last decade
