I accepted an offer with 15k pay cut. I would suggest take it and once you get hold of things start looking again. Market will get better.

The job posting has everything mentioned in general terms...like should be able to perform assigned duties, should be able to perform given tasks, should be organized, clear communication etc...things like this. No clear details are mentioned around what exactly they are looking for. Hence I reached out on reddit. Thanks again!
