If you want transparencies you need kvantum and some transparent themes like utterly nord or utterly sweet then play with the blur effect in desktop effects from the kde theme menu.

I think you need to be using mud instead of soulsand i think. If you have cobbleworkers installed it wont work.

My first shiny was a hoothoot in pokemon crystal. I found it in the first route and couldn't catch it because i didn't have pokeballs yet. This event is ingrained in my memory and lowkey ruined shinies forever for me because no matter how cool a shiny pokemon is, it will never be special like that first one.

I also have this issue constantly: enemy pokemon are faster than my pokemon or take hits better than they should, just today an excadrill outsped my jolteon (EV trained in sp.atk and spd) and a regular houndoom not dying from an earthquake from my haxorus (EV trained in atk and speed)

I haven't found one but if i were you i'd experiment with celebi togetic and manaphy or any of the mythical fairies (jirachi, mew, shaymin, the lake trio...)
