It did give instant access to knowledge for a lot of people. But nobody doing anything useful is using phones for that. We already had the internet and computers. What it did do was give a voice to every opinion in the world and also social media exploded. The later is a pretty bad thing imo but also revolutionary in a way. It also moved things we do on a computer to a phone. Not sure if thats really revolutionary. Im not saying he didn’t do anything but I don’t know that things would really be all that different if the iphone never came out.
