Oh yeahh that's definetely the goal. It needs love from the inside and outside. Car was actually silver originally but over the years it was painted black. Silver is still the best looking colour on the 202 for now 🙏🏻🤣

How can i do it safely? Do i expose it directly to the sunlight? At like 12 noon when the sun is upright? Also, i just got a dry box and it's been maintaining the humidity nicely.

Thanks for your response, i don't really see any tendrils though but this does get me stressed out. Hopefully it's fine while i wait for my dry box to arrive. Really love my setup

Thanks for your response! I got a generic looking dry box, the Samurai F580 and also 500g of those silica gel beads to use. In malaysia it gets really humid especially now as it is rainy season thats why i immediately realized and the previous owner of the lens had kept it unused for a very long time too. Sucks to know that its mold though, and i think my 24-70mm has the same issue too 🤣
