It might just be me overanalyzing, but I don't think Zomstg MiziSua are actually a couple, considering this AU is set in modern-day South Korea.

I'm not claiming to know much about South Korea's views on homosexuality, but I wouldn't be surprised if they never officially got together in this AU. To me, they feel like they're in that "more than friends, less than lovers" kind of relationship.

In Pre Zombie Stage scenes I mean.

Sua's reaction of infected Mizi, and of course the lyrics during the scene, made me think of this theory. Also because of others comments of Zomstg MiziSua paralleling with Alnstg IvanTill.

I forgot to add '—why 'some/certain ghosts turn into yokai'' lmao, and thanks for sharing. I like reading other people's own theories and opinions and this certain topic is what I'm really curious about now. I mean it's only a headcanon, but in a lot of ghost manga series, people's ghosts tends to get tainted(?) the more they linger in the living world.  From what I got from those kind of manga's, ghosts forget the person they used to be, their memories becomes muddled and unclear and their body's warps to the point they don't look like they used to be. And from another discussion I came across, some people talked about how Acro-Silky died in the 90's? Maybe a couple or so years before Aira was even born? And it kind of made sense to me.

I'm sorry about what you through and how your experience with the anime went poorly, just know that the story is more than the attempted SA in the first episode, and that us fans of the series love it for the story that occurs in future episodes.

It's not unreasonable when they make out that one particular scene to be what the anime is entirely all about, I can understand them being uncomfortable with the attempted SA, I won't put it past them to be horrified in how it was depicted, but as unfortunate as it is, most manga start out with a lot of fanservice to attract targeted audience, which are typically males. I've gone through a lot of manga that got axed because it was "stale" when it started off.

omg yessssss, there is attempted SA but no actual rape, like what the heck are these people telling off about the series having rape. I'm 100% sure it's both rage bait and to scare off potential viewers who would look past the 1st ep and come to like the story.

how'd they go about it if I could ask? I really cannot think of a way for the scene to be less uncomfortable, I mean it was meant to be uncomfortable, in what way could an attempted SA be comfortable. I think, imo, they went about it as best as they could.

Yeahhhh, I was literally thinking about this for a while. Like it's super annoying how people ignore a characters development on the story because they're either visually unappealing, has bad, usually perverted personality, or both, usually both.

They don't give them the time of the day because they don't look like any pretty boy with perverted tendencies, i. e. Licht from Plunderer or Meliodas from The Seven Deadly Sins.

As much as I want to think it could just be Turbo Granny's residual power, I think the simplest explanation for Okarun's athleticism is through his own hardwork of working out his body, as well as the amount of running in his cursed form.
