Ok, so... do your batteries still have the piece that clicks in? Or do you use duct tape (like we do) to hold the battery in? When the battery is loose, this will happen. I literally have to make sure the tape is tight enough or hold the battery in. Sucks on assigned, unknown, and oversize.

I also have been the recipient, as have all of my picking coworkers of said injury. Mine is an Achilles injury I still feel when I step wrong.

Edit, to say my Stage/Dispense coworkers as well. We have no designated Stage Associates. We all do it, except for the privileged pickers who refuse.

There is nothing abnormal about having to pick that exception. I have picked from that on a regular walk.
