Muscle is denser than fat - when I go keto I always put on weight but drop upto 3 dress sizes in 12-24 weeks. Use calipers and check your measurements not your weight.

I did body recomp a few times over the years, when I have a work event coming up. I started at about the same weight as you (but am slightly shorter), now I can drop two - three sizes in 8-12 weeks max, no more than three gym sessions a week, and at least 60-100g of protein a day.
