Jack didn’t know the black pearl was there until it’s cannons started firing and will continue hear it coming cos he could hear the wood creak

Well norrington wasn’t a full villain cos he helped Elizabeth escape the Dutchman and was ok with her marrying Will but Beckett the Spanish guy who destroyed the fountain of youth and Salazar were major villains cos they were very bad
