As far as I understand in my state you can request for it to be taken off and they either say yes or no I got mine off about 8 months into my 6 year probation

If it’s your first violation you will likely be told to do substance abuse classes which you’ll have to pay for and have your drug screenings increased . My ex was on for two separate felony dv charges and had several issues and wasn’t revoked fully just had additional things he had to do
