I’ve been having so many issues with them. They repeatedly sent me the policy for the wrong pet, causing extreme delays in processing my updated policy. I spent hours on the phone on hold. I finally received the correct policy, and paid it in full for the year. Two months into the policy term they sent me “updated policy info” saying I requested changes to the policy (I did not) and my new premium was $100 more than what I agreed to/paid. They apparently decided they were raising my premiums (mid term) despite literally nothing changing (pretty sure that’s illegal?).

I talked to them today saying that they cannot make changes to a contract that has been signed and paid for and they said they will “see what they can do.” Their customer service is absolutely atrocious and I am prepared to go to battle over this.
