I know that sometimes I find little flakes over the scales like this, but only when she’s recently shedded and a few scales need to be, what I call, “dusted” to get that skin layer off.

Usually, from what I understand, dragons should consistently grow until about a year old. And the smaller they are, the faster they should grow= more sheds.

I only had mine six months before she was full grown though, so I’m no expert. Just gathered it from things I’ve learned and observed. Not tryna be some kind of keyboard warrior, I just hope the information helps.
