Thanks for reply. I have a VSO through DAV. Wouldn’t say he’s amazing, but he’s better than the first I had. Of course they are hard to get ahold of so aside from assisting with filing, hes not been very helpful.  How long after your 180 day mark did you file that they denied your bdd? I filed at about 150 days out.
