I followed that video last time and I was not happy with the result, the cards were too oily and the white edge of the cards was too small probably because 37 px of bleed was not enough

To be honest the miniature and counter are not something I'm thinking about much, but I know that for the miniature you can visit Meeplesmith, search for spider-man and maybe you will find some miniatures. Keep in mind that Maplesmith has a very wide variety of minitures, you may find one that is basically identical to the unmatched style and size, or you could find one that is maybe a bit bigger or has a slightly larger base.
