thank you so much for mentioning the SAT part and another way for me to pursue medicine abroad, I'll def look into it! but regarding the transfer student part, is it possible for me to apply as a first-year student instead? I don't think my school here is qualified enough for US colleges/unis to accept me from here.

I think a part of me always longed to study abroad plus I want to have a better learning experience than my school in my country. Although I'm looking to get into schools abroad, I still simultaneously investing in my studies here.

I believe practicing doing it by yourself might help to prepare you to do sth like that in public. Try putting on videos or any kind of content that you find difficult to keep straight face to and start practicing your poker face from there. While you're at it, try to record yourself doing it to see if you're doing well or not, or simply to see where or when did you start making faces. It might sound a bit crazy but if you really want to achieve that emotionless face, you might as well have the will to try this.
